Who is responsible

SANTE SALUD BARCELONA BRAND SL ("Santé", "we"), based in Barcelona, Spain, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@sante.co.

Santé Labs (santelabs.com) and Santé Clinics (santeclinics.com) have their own privacy policies for the services they provide.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, your organisation if you give it, your work email, the topic you choose and your message.

We do not ask for health information on this site. Please do not include it in your message.

Why we use it

We use your details only to read and answer your message. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.

We do not use contact form data for marketing and we do not sell it.

Who processes it for us

Amazon Web Services hosts the site and stores each message you send through the form in a database in the European Union (Ireland).

Postmark (ActiveCampaign) delivers the form to our inbox by email. It may process the message in the United States under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses; Amazon SES in the European Union is our backup email route.

Both act as processors under contract with us and may only use the data to provide their service.

How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we need to answer it and follow up on the conversation, and then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, object to its use, or ask for portability. Write to hello@sante.co from the address you used in the form.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
