Solve death.

AI is about to understand biology. The only thing standing in the way is data.

The foundation models that will read our bodies need biological data that does not exist yet: measured the same way, at quality that holds up, at scale. Today that data is fragmented across labs that measure differently, stored in systems nobody designed to be read by a machine, and it disappears the moment an appointment ends. There is no infrastructure to produce it properly. That is the bottleneck, and it is the reason we exist.

We started with clinics. In 2024 we opened our first med spa in Barcelona. It was a realistic place to start: a market that already existed, that we could get into, and that would teach us how to run a health business in the real world. We learned operations and we optimized them. We hired the best doctors and the best team we could find. We now know we can scale it, so we are opening more clinics. Feel better, look better.

That was the start, not the plan.

Now it is time to be more ambitious. We are opening our first lab testing facility, measuring biomarkers. We built all the technology ourselves and we operate the labs end to end, because that is the only way to guarantee excellence in both the operation and the technology. Given where our expertise comes from, we believe nobody is better prepared to operate labs right now.

Measure, recommend, act, measure again. Almost everyone in health owns one piece of that loop, so nobody closes it. With a lab and a clinic of our own, we own the full loop, so we can, and we want to find out how much value that adds to society when it actually works. Then we open the infrastructure, so anyone building in health can use it, including the people who compete with us. Health is a first necessity. We would rather cooperate on the layer everybody needs.

Two companies, one mission. Santé Clinics cares for your body: it is where people feel and look better. Santé Labs helps you understand your body: it is the infrastructure that measures biology. One loop joins them: measure, recommend, act, measure again.

We have already seen more than 15,000 patients in two years. They leave the clinic happier, more confident, healthier. That is the small version of what we want. The plan is to multiply it at scale, slow down the speed at which people age, and eventually solve death. After that, the possibilities do not end.

When I was 7 years old, I could not understand why people assume they will die one day and then do nothing about it. It seemed completely counterintuitive to me. It still does. I am about 30 now, with more knowledge and more leverage than I had then, and I am going all in on this challenge.

This journey will be hard and we may fail. But I am sure that on the way we will improve hundreds of thousands of lives at least, and potentially billions.

If you want to do something, just do it.
